Recovery Worker Training Project

The Recovery Worker Training Project (RWTP) is a new initiative which supports, trains, and prepares individuals living in the Highlands with a history of problematic drug and alcohol use to work in Social Care .

The project will prepare people with experience of substance use problems for employment in social care through in-work placements and formal learning.

More information will be shared soon, however if you are two years free from illicit drug use, substitute prescribing and problematic alcohol use, would like a career helping others, and live in the Highlands, then we would like to hear from you!
