Training and Development Officer (Drug Death Prevention)
Kerryann is part of the Drugs Deaths Prevention team as Training and Development officer for Peer Naloxone supply. Her role involves looking at gaps in areas of peer supply and ensuring those involved in peer supply have an active voice in delivery of naloxone and other harm reduction interventions, including the sharing and promotion of good practice.
Kerryann is a former trainee of SDF’s Addiction Worker Training Project and completed her SVQ-2 in health and social care. Since finishing AWTP in 2010, Kerryann has worked in third sector services in Glasgow homeless and addiction services, mainly from a harm reduction approach.
Kerryann has completed SVQ-3 in Health and Social Care settings. For the past 4 years Kerryann has been at Caledonian University studying an honor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in which she is currently in her last year.
