The unique part of any qualification offered by SDF, is a drug and alcohol focus, but the offer of an Enhanced Skills package is designed around a blended model of specialist training and vocational learning.
This offers employers the opportunity to purchase SVQ assessment and verification, alongside a selection of specialist training at the same level of SVQ being offered.
For participants on our enhanced skills package, vocational teaching and assessment is combined with specialist drug and alcohol training, which has been endorsed by Skills for Health.
Enhanced Skills Programme graduates will work closely with our highly skilled Workforce Development team, to improve the competence, confidence, and capacity of candidates further.
This will be a unique learning experience, combining specialist training with vocational learning, continually developed to meet current needs and trends.
