Lisa supports trainees recruited to our award-winning National Traineeship, working to ensure that people with lived and living experience of drug and alcohol problems are represented in drug and alcohol service delivery.   

Lisa and the team are responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining partnerships with a range of stakeholders providing learning, training and development opportunities for trainees across Scotland, while providing intensive support to people recruited to the programme and helping them realise and achieve their long-term employment aspirations.
