SDF’s Innovative Practice Showcase
Join us at the 2024 Innovative Practice Showcase, a premier event spotlighting innovative practice in the substance use and related fields. This is your chance to explore the latest advances in practice in treatment, support, education, prevention, staff development and other services across Scotland.
At this event, you’ll hear directly from service providers who are driving and delivering meaningful change. Through dynamic presentations and engaged discussions, discover how innovative practices are transforming lives and improving services for individuals and professionals alike.
This year’s Showcase also features two thought-provoking sessions on “The Innovation We Would Like to See,” led by Families for Change and people with living experience. These sessions will challenge service providers and commissioners to push the boundaries of innovation in their work.
Don’t miss the chance to connect with pioneering service providers, commissioners, and peers in the field.

Do you have a new practice your organisation has implemented in the last 24 months?
Are you eager to share your experiences and lessons learned?
Would those who have benefited from your innovation like to share the improvements they’ve experienced?
If your organisation has piloted or implemented a change in service delivery that has positively impacted your service and benefited the people you serve, SDF invites you to apply to present at our 2024 Innovative Practice Showcase.
We have a limited number of slots available for organisations across Scotland.
We welcome presentations from harm reduction services, treatment services, and those providing broader support or information services to people who use or have used drugs.

By attending the 2024 Innovative Practice Showcase, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for event documentation and promotional purposes. These images and recordings may be used in future marketing materials, publications, or online content related to the event. Payment
Please note that Scottish Drugs Forum events can no longer be booked via invoicing.
