Brendan works to develop the National Traineeship in Highland. Brendan provides essential operational support in Highland and is working to expand the programme in the region, building on the successful model of supported employment, specialist training and vocational learning delivered to trainees across the Central Belt since 2004.  

A key area of work for Brendan is to diversify programme pathways, placements and partnerships to reflect both the needs of trainees and the unique attributes of northern Scottish geography.
