Learning And Development Officer
Charlotte delivers our core programme of training to organisations across Scotland. These training programmes are aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of those working in the drug and alcohol sector, and other sectors nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
– Facilitating training programmes and sessions tailored to the needs of the workforce
– Supporting the development of training programmes to suit a wide variety of learning needs
– Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
Background:
Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary Drug and Alcohol Studies and previously worked in workforce development within the third sector.
