Julie directly oversees the management and implementation of SDF’s programmes of work, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with organisational goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

– Provide strategic leadership and direction to SDF’s Programme Managers 

– Oversee the delivery of all programme objectives 

– Develop and implement operational guidelines and protocols 

– Monitor and evaluate project performance and impact 

Background 

With over 20 years of experience in the substance use field, Julie has managed and delivered third sector services across treatment, harm reduction, and recovery. Julie also spent time working with the Scottish Ambulance Service, leading on initiatives to improve emergency service responses to drug-related harm.
