Katharine manages all aspects of Human Resource operations and supports the Administration Officer to oversee the administration function. Katharine ensures the efficient implementation of HR processes that benefit both the organisation and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from conducting interviews to facilitating onboarding
– Handling employee relations, ensuring the fair application of organisational policies and addressing employee concerns
– Providing strategic HR support to the leadership team
– Provide guidance in relation to employment law ensuring that organisational practices align with legal requirements
