Katharine’s key responsibilities are for the end to end management of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, devising and implementing policies which select, develop and train the right staff to meet the organisational objectives; and strategic and functional responsibilities for all HR disciplines. She is responsible for payroll, Protection of Vulnerable Group memberships and interpreting and advising on employment law. Katharine also manages the administration team. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
She joined SDF in 1996, having previously worked for one of the UK’s largest hospitality companies.
