Lewis is responsible for operational management, development, and delivery of our award-winning National Traineeship. Lewis has a keen interest in enhancing supported employment pathways for people with experience of substance use.   

Key Responsibilities:  

– Supervising the day-to-day work of the project support team. 

– Working to maintain and secure new funding for the programme, managing key relationships with a range of stakeholders and delivery partners. 

– Supporting continued expansion and delivery of the traineeship across Scotland. 

– Developing new pathways in and out of the traineeship.   

Background 

Lewis has a background in social care, grant funding, and community development. He is a qualified SVQ Assessor holding an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.  In 2024, Lewis achieved a Professional Development Award in Leadership and Management as part of the GCVS Future Leaders Programme.
