Lewis is responsible for operational management, development, and delivery of our award-winning National Traineeship.  Leading the project support team and providing essential support around funding, Lewis has a keen interest in enhancing supported employment pathways for people with experience.  A key area of work for Lewis is supporting continued expansion and delivery of the traineeship across Scotland.
