Nicola has worked in frontline health and social care services within the third sector for nearly 20 years specialising in homelessness, substance use, community development, mental health support, trauma informed practice and welfare rights.  Currently completing a research MSc in psychology and holds an undergraduate degree covering forensic psychology, mental health sciences and social psychology.  Nicola has joined SDF recently from the Occupational Therapy team within NHS community addictions.
