Terms & Conditions of Payment

Payment Processing

All ticket purchases are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment gateway. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Currency and Charges

All prices are listed in GBP and all transactions will be processed in this currency. Additional charges such as taxes or service fees may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket(s) and order details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact events@sdf.org.uk

Refunds and Cancellations

Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information on ticket cancellations and refunds.

Ticket Transfer

Tickets are non-transferrable unless explicitly allowed by the Scottish Drugs Forum. If transfers are permitted, they must be completed by contacting events@sdf.org.uk

Event Changes

Scottish Drugs Forum reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or lineup. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via email.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card provider, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket(s) and deny entry to the event. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.

Data Protection

Your personal and payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Stripe’s data protection practices. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Payment.
