SDF is proud to deliver Scotland’s Drug Services and Needle Exchange Scotland Directory.

Need urgent help?

If there is an immediate risk to life – such as a suspected drug overdose, life-threatening withdrawal symptoms, or someone has tried to or is about to end their life - call 999 for urgent help.   

If your life isn’t in danger but you need urgent advice, there are services that can support you. 

WithYou offers a free webchat service, staffed by trained recovery workers. It is available 364 days a year, closing only on Christmas Day. It can be accessed at wearewithyou.org.uk 

Delivered by Simon Community Scotland, By My Side is a digital one stop shop for harm reduction, sexual health and mental health support simonscotland.org/programme/by-my-side/  

Scottish Families Affected By Alcohol and Drugs offers support for anyone affected by someone else’s alcohol or drug use. Its advisors can chat, offer listening support and information, and signpost to other services. Contact them on 08080 10 10 11, helpline@sfad.org.uk or by visiting sfad.org.uk
