Alan is responsible for designing and delivering high quality continuous professional development opportunities for national and local commissions to guide the Scottish drug and alcohol workforce in supporting the recovery of people affected by drugs and alcohol. Alan develops and delivers a range of courses including a Motivational Interviewing programme.
